Is Jerseylicous Staged?

Hey Lovelyosities,
From the cat fights, to the... well, that's pretty much  what makes the show! I mean, what would Jerseylicious be without all the crazylicious drama? More importantly, what would the show be without the infamous Tracy and Olivia? There is no doubt that their relationship is just getting worse and worse. But is all that hate for each other completely genuine?

This question never came to mind until I saw one of the newest Jerseylicious episodes. It was basically Tracy and Olivia competing for their favorite make up artists to become their assistant for their "Gatsby to Go" events. When Olivia chose her favorite make up artist, I believe his name is Miguel, I didn't think too much about it. But when I saw Tracy's pick, I had a strange case of deja vu, and I thought to myself wasn't she one of Tracy's fans from the latest Jerseylicious Reunion? She was one of the girls who talked about Tracy in the mall. She looked so much like Tracy it was a little hard to belive, and she commented on how she loved that Tracy "Knows what she wants in life". Here is a video of her (at 0:21).

Now that you have seen the video here is a picture of her from the "Business of Betrayal" episode.
( I know this isn't the best picture ever, but it was the only one I could find on the Internet and it gets pixeled out when I expand it, but if you have seen the episode you will definitely remember her face from the video above. Oh and no, there wasn't a video of the episode on YouTube either.) Seems a little suspicious right?
This doesn't mean the show is completely scripted, it just means that they might have some staged scenes to make the show more interesting. For example, I can think of three episodes where Olivia and Tracy "accidentally" end up at the same club. There was an older episode where Olivia was on a double date with Alexa, and Tracy was on a double date with her ex Lorenzo, and Gigi and her ex Frankie. They "unintentionally" end up going to the same club, and Tracy ends up storming out of the place because Lorenzo was trying to talk to Olivia. The second time was when Olivia and her on again off again friend Briella went clubbing and Tracy just happened to be there. Nothing really happened. It was just a little cat fight. But any Jerseylicious fan knows the newest "club scandal". Olivia and her exorcising obsessed boyfriend Mikey went to a club for their anniversary. And of course who showed up a while later? You guessed it! Tracy and her newest boy-toy. Olivia feels the need to tell Tracy that she doesn't want to start trouble but Tracy takes it the wrong way and the rest is history. Don't you find all this a little fishy?
And have you ever noticed how there is always a camera crew in Alexa's Salon when something out of the ordinary happens? Like when Gayle first came up with the "Gatsby to Go" Idea. Only that wasn't the original name. The original name had the word Glam in it. When Gayle posted the new service on her website, one of Alexa's employees discovers this new service. when the employee tells Alexa what the situation is, she is furious! And a camera is right there to capture all of the footage. All I have to say is this whole thing went from fishy, to full blown tuna.
But this doesn't mean the show is completely scripted and phony. It just means sometimes the producers set the cast up for disaster, and hope something crazy happens to thicken the plot. They are definitely not the only show that has rumours of having fake scenes. You may have heard of the TV show Bridezillas. Many of the women claimed they were encouraged to be louder, meaner, and crazier then what they were in real life. The show John and Kate Plus Eight (which changed to Kate Plus Eight when John left), also has lots of rumors of producers creating some baloney episodes. One of the most popular rumours circled around Christ's birthday. Basically the producers of the show allegedly created a fake Christmas scene complete with a decked out Christmas tree and fake presents under it. They told the children it was really Christmas time so they could have genuine reactions for the camera. When they were done filming they explained to the children that it wasn't really Christmas day. So why would they go through all this trouble when they could just film on the real day? Because it's too hectic and there's too much traffic during Christmas time for the camera crew to drive back and forth to John and Kate's house. Miss Gosselin says that's a total lie. Hmmm what do you think?
Anyways the point is on the last jerseylicious reunion, the cast was asked if they were actors. Of course they said no. But the question they should have been asked was "how much of the show is completely real?"

So what do you think? Is the show 100% reality? Just a little bogus? Or is the show faker then the Jerseylicous girls's acrylic nails? You decide! By for now :)
